Join Lap of Love as a mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, working independently while being part of a supportive community. This role offers flexible scheduling and a focus on professional fulfillment and personal balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
- Engage in an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day
- Collaborate with a community of over 400 veterinarians and support professionals
- Utilize ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
- Practice veterinary medicine independently while receiving dedicated support
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Availability to work some weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
