Join Road Runner Sports as a Mobile Retail Fit Expert to deliver personalized customer experiences in various community settings. This role involves utilizing 3D foot scanning technology and providing expert shoe recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Work in a new location each day at wellness events, corporate sites, health expos or special events
- Take customers through the Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology
- Provide personalized recommendations as part of the Wow Customer Experience
- Load and unload the Shoe Force Van Daily (moving equipment up to 50Lbs)
- Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van
- Consistently hit sales goals to earn bonus
Requirements
- Enthusiastic approach to selling Shoe Force program
- Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force Van Daily (moving equipment up to 50Lbs)
- Willingness to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced environments
- Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a large van
