Join HydraMed as a mobile IV therapy Registered Nurse, delivering comprehensive healthcare directly to patients' homes as an independent contractor. This role focuses on administering IV therapy, optimizing patient care with the medical director, and ensuring compliance, all while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous therapy in patients' homes
• Collaborate with our medical director to optimize patient care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in nursing practice
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for IV therapy administration
• Conduct regular inventory and restocking of IV supplies
• Handle medical equipment and supplies safely and effectively
• Follow the HydraMed RN and Paramedic Protocols
• Adhere to the HydraMed Code of Conduct with diligence

Requirements

• Valid/unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in El Paso, Texas
• 2 years of experience in ICU, OR, NICU, ER, Med Surg, or Surgery
• BLS Card
• Proficiency in mobile nursing practices
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant medical laws and regulations
• Good physical stamina and dexterity
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Willing and available to work in El Paso, Texas

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in ICU, OR, NICU, ER, Med Surg, or Surgery
