Middle School Girls Flag Football Head Coach

About This Role

Coach and develop middle school girl flag football athletes in alignment with the school district's educational and athletic philosophy. This role involves coordinating practices, directing assistant coaches, and fostering positive relationships within the school community.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coordinate, and support athletic personnel for girls flag football
• Coordinate the instruction, training, and development of all athletes
• Direct the assistant coach at this level in the sport
• Model a transformational, purpose-driven coaching philosophy
• Commit to personal development and collaboration
• Develop people first, then the athlete
• Make a lasting, positive impact on the school community

Requirements

• Successful coaching experiences OR related successful experiences in educational leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships with the program and local community
• Ability to complete required online coaching clinic
