Mid Geospatial Analyst

About This Role

Conduct geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using various tools and data types to support defense intelligence missions. This role involves exploiting imagery, vector data, and other information to locate and map objects in the spatial domain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences
• Exploit imagery, vector, and other data types, including non-geospatially correlated data, to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain
• Provide analysis on terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity
• Communicate understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, and technically advanced information
• Structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
• Work independently with minimal oversight and direction
• Collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
• Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
• Lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
• Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• 6+ years of relevant analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR Associate's degree with 10 years total experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or an Associate's degree and an additional 4 years of related experience
• At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
