MEP Project Manager

About This Role

Lead MEP construction projects for mission-critical environments from estimation through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations. Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and financial aspects to mitigate risks on complex, high-visibility builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project from estimate through closeout
• Translate design into execution with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Develop budgets, conduct financial diligence, and manage cash flow
• Forecast and mitigate risks on complex, high-visibility projects
• Manage client relationships and change control
• Design and execute project schedules
• Oversee quality, safety, and performance

Requirements

• 10+ years in Project Management or Senior Project Engineering
• Background in mission critical / data center / telecom / DC power environments
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Technical depth

Qualifications
