About This Role

This role is responsible for client inquiry handling and acquisition for Indagare Custom Planner membership, as well as engaging current Custom Planner clients. The Membership Senior Associate reports to the Membership Director and aims to convert leads, deliver excellent member experience, and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to qualified inbound requests for information about Indagare’s products
  • Qualify and convert leads to members and group trip participants
  • Deliver a superlative customer experience to potential and existing Indagare Self Planner members
  • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly revenue goals
  • Work with Associate Director of Engagement and the Hotel Reservations Specialists to facilitate member upgrades and win-backs
  • Maintain member profile compliance in Salesforce to ensure seamless internal communication and client experience
  • Generate ideas and strategies to add value to membership, drive referrals, and thoughtfully grow the member base
  • Track trends and surface the voice of the customer to ensure product and communication alignment with consumer demand
  • Partner with Marketing teammates to improve acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with Associate Membership Acquisition Manager to develop sales scripts, standard operating procedures, and supplementary materials
  • Manage membership inbox distribution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a membership or sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial, high-performance environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, presentation, project management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a positive, focused, organized, diligent, and resilient mentality
  • Passion for travel

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in a membership or sales role

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sophisticated, affluent, and upscale clientele
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with HubSpot
