About This Role

This Medication History Pharmacy Technician role supports Remote Pharmacy Services by accurately collecting and documenting patient medication histories. You will assist pharmacists and perform related clinical and administrative tasks for CarepathRx, part of Evernorth Health Services.

Responsibilities

Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies
Document all medication details in electronic records
Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies
Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling
Support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims

Requirements

State Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience
1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently or within a team
Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills

Qualifications

2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals.

Experience with Cerner
Experience with MediTech
