About This Role

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will guide clients through their Medicare options, including Advantage and Supplement plans. This role involves assessing healthcare needs, educating on plans, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their healthcare needs
  • Educate clients on Medicare plans and retirement protection options
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art lead generation system to connect with potential clients
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
  • Receive comprehensive training, support, and tools to succeed

Requirements

  • Valid health insurance license (or willingness to obtain license)
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in selling life insurance products
  • Strong knowledge of various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications for insurance sales and client management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in selling life insurance products
