Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, visit preparation, and telephone triage
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and track patient records
• Schedule appointments and manage arrival/departure desk activities
• Screen and schedule interpreter services
• Maintain confidential patient information
• Manage front desk operations, order supplies, and maintain inventory

Requirements

• Two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing
• Scheduling/Patient Registration background
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong customer service background
