As a Medical Operations Associate at Bond Vet, you will serve as a trusted clinical leader and educator, driving the development of training programs and ensuring high standards of patient care. This hybrid role balances direct patient care, nurse leadership development, and strategic medical operations projects across a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a licensed veterinary technician on the clinic floor, modeling Bond Vet’s standards
- Lead by example, promoting a high-performance culture and holding the team accountable for achieving project objectives
- Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities while on shift to inform central initiatives
- Support creation of individual development plans for nurses
- Represent medical leadership at CEs, conferences, campus events, and community engagements
- Plan and deliver skills laboratories for doctors and technicians, tracking participation and skill sign-offs
- Create, refine, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and clinical resources related to nursing workflows and anesthesia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in planning, executing, and delivering programs and projects
- Bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to complex operational challenges
- Monitor the financial health of the business and collaborate with field leaders to implement early interventions
Requirements
- Active LVT/RVT license in good standing
- 5+ years of clinical veterinary nursing experience
- Demonstrated strength in anesthesia and procedural support
- Comfort balancing hands-on clinical work with administrative and strategic responsibilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Passion for developing people and improving systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of clinical veterinary nursing experience, flexible by level

- Experience training, mentoring, or leading other technicians
