This Medical Assistant role involves overseeing patient care, assisting physicians, and performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a simplified healthcare experience for adults and senior patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care
• Prepare patients' rooms
• Assist physicians with exams
• Perform front desk tasks
• Greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements
• Schedule appointments and procedures for patients
• Manage necessary documents such as pre-authorizations, medical records, and test results
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an MA
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR)
• Computer proficient
• Bilingual English and Spanish
