As a Media Search Analyst for Spanish speakers in the US, you will perform comprehensive assessments of diverse media content, including music, video, books, and podcasts. This role involves analyzing and evaluating search outcomes for App Store content and conducting online research to validate query accuracy, applying market expertise and provided directives. You will contribute to building better AI models as part of TELUS Digital's global AI Community.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store Content
• Conduct research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market

Requirements

• Full Professional Proficiency in the Spanish and English language
• Resided in the United States for the last year and familiarity with current and historical US business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs
• Email address associated with an Apple ID and experience/know-how of Apple products
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music & video
• Keen interest in internet research
• Flexibility to work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software
• Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes
• Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills

Qualifications

• High School degree or higher certification is preferred
