Meal Support Specialist - Registered Dietitian

About This Role

Provide direct, remote support to caregivers of Equip patients, offering guidance on meal planning, nutrition, and behavioral challenges during mealtimes.

Responsibilities

• Sufficiently answer incoming inquiries related to meal planning, nutritional needs, and behavioral challenges via a chat hotline in a timely, professional, and supportive manner
• Convert escalated or complex inquiries to phone or video support to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor the chat queue to ensure timely responses, prioritizing multiple conversations at once while maintaining quality and professionalism
• Complete administrative tasks including documentation of interactions and messaging triage/response
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Deliver on response time, resolution and satisfaction SLAs
• Participate in required training and internal meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree at a US accredited university or college and course work accredited or approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) and an RDN credential
• Licensed RDN required
