Lead the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of an end-to-end Marketing Agent ecosystem, translating marketing needs into AI agent requirements and ensuring measurable improvements in marketing outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of AI product development, marketing operations, and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, build and rollout of marketing agents (LLM-based agents, orchestrators, micro-agents) that automate and augment campaign planning, creative generation, campaign activation, and measurement.
- Partner tightly with engineering and ML teams to define agent architectures, APIs, data contracts, evaluation metrics, retraining cadence and monitoring/playback for production agents.
- Define the product roadmap for the agent ecosystem: agent personas, capabilities, success metrics (speed, quality, ROI), and a prioritized backlog that balances experimentation and production hardening.
- Own the end-to-end campaign integration surface from marketing brief to reporting, ensuring agents support real campaign flows and SLAs.
- Build operations playbooks, runbooks, and guardrails (privacy, Trust & Safety, bias mitigation, escalation paths) for safe and predictable agent operation.
- Work with Marketing Ops and Business Operations to embed agents into operational processes and measure cost/time savings and downstream marketing lift.
- Drive rigorous experimentation and measurement including A/B tests, holdouts, and causal attribution tying agent interventions to marketing KPIs.
- Be the go-to domain expert for "full-stack marketer" scenarios, integrating marketing strategy, creative, media and measurement needs into agent behavior design.
- Evangelize agent capabilities, partner with cross-functional stakeholders (creative, brand, demand, analytics, legal, Trust) and enable adoption via playbooks and self-serve tooling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad-tech, marketing operations, or AI product roles.
- 3+ years leading AI/LLM/agent initiatives or ML productization projects.
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-driven products (LLMs, agents, automation) in production, including productionalizing models, instrumentation, and monitoring.
- Deep domain knowledge of marketing campaign lifecycle and systems (campaign planning, creative production, ad ops, campaign management tools, measurement/analytics).
- Demonstrated ability to work with data schemas, APIs, and cloud services.
Qualifications
- BS degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, ad-tech, marketing operations, or AI product roles, with 3+ years leading AI/LLM/agent initiatives or ML productization projects.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL and ML concepts (model evaluation, retraining, data pipelines) and experience partnering with engineering teams to design solutions.
- Track record of leading cross-functional programs: aligning product, engineering, ops, legal/Trust, and marketing stakeholders to deliver complex systems.
- Excellent product judgment and analytical skills to define success metrics, design experiments, and interpret results quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear agent specs, runbooks, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience with agent frameworks or LLM toolkits (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent) and prompt-engineering patterns.
- Experience building orchestration layers or micro-agent architectures, or ML/Ops pipelines for continual model improvement.
- Background in ad-tech, DSPs, bidding/allocation logic, or core marketing platforms (CMT, CDP, marketing automation).
- Experience working with Trust & Safety, privacy-by-design, and regulatory constraints in AI products.
- Hands-on experience running marketing experiments that proved meaningful conversion or brand lift.
