About This Role

Lead U.S. marketing efforts, focusing on social media, written communications, and public relations. Develop and execute content strategies to engage audiences, support sales, and amplify the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media presence, written communications, and public relations activities
• Develop and execute content strategies that engage the audience
• Support sales efforts through marketing initiatives
• Amplify the brand story
• Coordinate with PR partners and external agencies

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience, preferably in a growth-focused organization
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms
• Experience managing social media channels and direct customer engagement
• Familiarity with event promotion and live event posting on social platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, communications, or social media experience

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email campaign platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
• Strong attention to detail, both written and numerical
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment
• A passion for agriculture and technology
