Lead customer engagement and acquisition efforts for an e-commerce platform through innovative channels, campaign planning, and performance analysis. Act as a primary liaison between internal teams to align on strategies and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and execute the implementation of a campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance of domain products.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies and campaign execution.
- Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and collaboration with other Marketing functions (e.g., social media, email marketing, partnerships, search engine marketing, etc.).
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.
- Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement workflows and enhance campaign strategies.
- Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while balancing workloads effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Mandarin communication skills
- Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products, and understanding of respective customers
- Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries
- Previous involvement in leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels
