About This Role

Lead customer engagement and acquisition efforts for an e-commerce platform through innovative channels, campaign planning, and performance analysis. Act as a primary liaison between internal teams to align on strategies and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, oversee, and execute the implementation of a campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance of domain products.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (retail, marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies and campaign execution.
  • Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and collaboration with other Marketing functions (e.g., social media, email marketing, partnerships, search engine marketing, etc.).
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement workflows and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while balancing workloads effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
  • 4-5+ years of experience in campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Mandarin communication skills
  • Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products, and understanding of respective customers
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
  • 4-5+ years of experience in campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries
  • Previous involvement in leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels
