About This Role

This role involves leading marketing enablement and operations for Apple's Wallet Payments and Commerce (WPC) team, focusing on identifying and implementing solutions for operational efficiencies in marketing and product teams and third-party partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Acquisition Marketing Leads from concept through execution and optimization to inform program structure
  • Manage all operational areas of acquisition programs, including campaign setup, promotion creation, instrumentation, readiness coordination, and recaps
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners for full integration and end-to-end testing of the customer experience
  • Manage cross-functional meetings and communications to align all partners for coordinated campaign execution
  • Oversee campaigns for Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Savings, Apple Pay, and other new lines of business
  • Coordinate with Marketing Leads and Engagement Program Manager to understand customer journeys and improve onboarding and lifetime experiences
  • Actively monitor existing campaigns with regular performance readouts, supported by the Analytics team
  • Ensure milestones and objectives are met through effective project management and influence of key cross-functional contributors
  • Identify areas for process improvements to enhance quality and scale
  • Execute and manage Apple Cash acquisition campaigns
  • Perform end-to-end testing for all WPC acquisition campaigns, including User Acceptance and Production testing
  • Optimize acquisition campaign intake in coordination with engagement and promotion project managers for consistency and efficiencies
  • Instill acquisition marketing best practices and consistencies for all Wallet offerings

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience managing marketing operations projects and business initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of technical inter-workings for development and attention to details
  • Proven success in a marketing role including cost/benefit analysis, post marketing analytics and requirements definition/documentation
  • Track record with project management and process improvements
  • Experience managing multimillion dollar marketing budgets
  • Strong experience in connecting, designing and developing Marketing Technology processes and tools for large-scale customer acquisition efforts
  • Proven track record delivering marketing initiatives on time/budget, concept to maintenance
  • Deep understanding of multimedia marketing campaigns
  • Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Technically minded with business savvy
  • Proactive, results-oriented, organized and driven

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience managing marketing operations projects and business initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Process flow mapping
  • Process and tools improvement
  • Experience managing Merchant Identifiers (MIDs) and Merchant Category Codes (MCCs)
  • Experience with financial services, specifically working at Financial institutions/Credit Card issuers, Networks, NeoBanks
  • Experience in managing global campaign in active support of worldwide partners
