Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves driving marketing, communications, and brand storytelling for a highly creative architecture and design studio. The coordinator will work directly with leadership to shape the studio's public presence and support business development efforts. It's an opportunity for a proactive marketing professional to take ownership in a fluid, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce marketing materials across proposals, RFQs/RFPs, presentations, and other business development efforts
• Manage and contribute to external communications, including social media, digital content, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Support internal communications and collaborate closely with principals and leadership on evolving marketing needs
• Maintain and update marketing assets, templates, and project information, ensuring consistency and clarity across platforms
• Act as the primary point person for marketing efforts, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, creative studio environment

Requirements

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within a creative field
• Demonstrated experience supporting proposals, presentations, or qualifications submissions
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Comfort creating and editing visual and written content
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Adaptable, collaborative, and confident working with creative, design-driven teams

Qualifications

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development within a creative field
