Manager, Supply Chain Management

About This Role

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing Advantech USA's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. The manager will ensure efficient sourcing of raw materials, product manufacturing, inventory management, and shipment transport to meet client demand and budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Define supply chain KPIs with related executives and develop SCM OKR to initiate process improvements
• Lead demand planning and supply planning for monthly S&OP meetings with sales, PM, business owners, HQ SCM, and suppliers
• Conduct SCM MBR & QBR Analysis and reporting
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts, including with carriers for ocean and air shipment
• Maintain, execute, and manage SC demand-supply in SAP SD, PP & MM Modules
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Define and develop SCM dashboard and necessary reports with IT
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Train and manage the Supply Chain team to meet KPIs and goals

Requirements

• 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and digital supply network (DSN)
• Hands-on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP SD, PP & MM Modules)
• Strong computer skills including Excel, SQL, PowerBI, GenAI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to succeed under pressure and time constraints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time-management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience
