Manager, Product Strategy

About This Role

This role involves leading the product development lifecycle for Med-Metrix Software Applications by defining and executing strategies for new features and functionality. The Manager, Product Strategy will ensure the product vision aligns with enterprise goals to drive better results through intelligent technology.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and developers to craft a clear product vision that aligns with Med-Metrix’s overall goals
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on data-driven insights and customer requirements
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with stakeholders to create a product backlog based on business value and support the delivery of product roadmap commitments
• Lead Scrum Teams through the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch
• Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met, communicating with stakeholders throughout
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders with business objectives
• Support product demos and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate production releases and post-release monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Experience with key product management functions: requirements writing in Jira or Azure DevOps, building a minimal viable product (MVP), managing on time releases
• 2+ years’ experience managing a team of Product Managers
• High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
• Direct experience in healthcare or workflow process technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and creative skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience managing a team of Product Managers
