Marketbridge is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead client projects, delivering insights from complex analyses, and developing strategic frameworks to enhance clients' sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across database marketing, marketing campaign reporting, investigative descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling
- Lead and contribute to analysis tasks using Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS
- Synthesize analyses, develop solutions and strategic frameworks, and conduct research to construct compelling, detailed, and actionable recommendations
- Manage engagement delivery, project timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and team members
- Maintain client relationships across multiple key stakeholders
- Help develop and mentor junior staff through on-the-job, project-based training
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in data-driven consulting, market research, or data analysis
- Prior consulting experience
- Ability to manage challenging marketing and sales enablement projects
- Ability to use data to build a narrative with actionable strategic recommendations
- Strong quantitative mindset
- Stellar account management skills
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in data-driven consulting, market research, or other data analysis role
