About This Role

Manage all HR aspects for two US-based legal entities, covering operational and strategic HR initiatives. The role involves ensuring HR compliance, overseeing recruitment, managing benefits, and supporting global HR efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to HR queries, providing accurate information and quality advice
  • Manage all HR aspects including personnel files, right to work checks, Visa documentation, reference checks, probationary reviews, holiday requests, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and exit interviews
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes
  • Manage benefits (pension, healthcare)
  • Ensure compliance and correctness of monthly payroll, liaise with external payroll provider, and process payroll with the local payroll administrator
  • Maintain and update HR records (HRIS) in compliance with DPA and GDPR
  • Support global HR initiatives and share best practices
  • Promote a performance culture as well as safety, diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence
  • Ensure legal compliance in HR management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager
