Manager, GMG Regulatory - Clinical Regulatory Compliance

About This Role

Lead the organization's Clinical Regulatory Compliance program, ensuring physician-based outpatient offices adhere to requirements from CMS, DOH, and TJC, and oversee the development and evaluation of regulatory compliance programs for staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Clinical Regulatory Compliance program for physician-based offices
• Set goals, develop monitoring tools, and report status using data for decision-making and strategic planning
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies on a timely basis
• Develop and monitor corrective actions for regulatory requirements
• Assure physician-based offices comply with CMS, DOH, and TJC requirements
• Ensure office leadership is informed of regulatory requirements and findings
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for new requirements and findings
• Integrate newly implemented processes into ongoing management and operations
• Standardize regulatory processes across the Guthrie system in collaboration with hospital regulatory leadership
• Inform leadership and administration of regulatory findings and action plan progress

Requirements

• 5 years acute hospital experience
• Demonstrated effective communications
• Critical thinking skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years acute hospital experience. Prior experience in leadership/management desired.
