About This Role

Manage the daily operations of the Enterprise Applications team, providing both leadership and hands-on technical execution to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of ERP and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary technical resource for ERP and integrated systems, resolving high-priority incidents and assisting the team with complex issues
  • Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting
  • Maintain and optimize legacy business logic (Excel VBA/Macros) while modernizing workflows with newer technologies
  • Monitor API data flows between ERP, website, and logistics partners, investigating and resolving sync errors
  • Lead, mentor, and prioritize workload for Application Administrators, ensuring high-quality solution delivery
  • Identify bottlenecks in manual processes and drive automation towards scalable solutions (e.g., Power BI or SQL-based reporting)
  • Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ticket response times and perform Root Cause Analysis on major issues
  • Participate in new software implementations from sales through testing and deployment
  • Act as a technical bridge between the business and overseas development partners
  • Translate business requests into clear technical requirements for developers and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Application Support, or Data Analysis
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team and managing projects
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries
  • Excel/VBA Expert - able to debug and write macros
  • 3+ years of experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and data movement between web servers and databases
  • Proven ability to translate technical issues into business language for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proactive attitude towards system maintenance and improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Application Support, or Data Analysis; 1+ years of team leadership and project management

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of VBA for Excel macro development and automation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for scripting and web development
  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL
