Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About This Role

This role involves evaluating AI systems trained on organizational behavior, leadership, and decision-making by reviewing management and leadership scenarios. The instructor will provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning and identify unrealistic assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Review management and leadership scenarios used in AI training
• Evaluate reasoning related to teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify unrealistic assumptions or weak decision logic
• Provide structured feedback to improve managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior and management theory
• Able to clearly evaluate decision-making and tradeoffs
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and recommendations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master’s degree in Management
• Industry leadership or operations experience
• Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows
