Join AEX Partners as a Management Consulting Partner, leading engagements for mid-market companies in the Columbus and Midwest region. This role involves end-to-end client management from business development to project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting engagements in strategy, operations, or management advisory
- Develop client relationships in the Columbus and broader Ohio market
- Scope, propose, and deliver projects using AEX's multi-practice capabilities
- Collaborate with other Partners across various practice areas to cross-sell services
- Contribute to AEX's regional presence and thought leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or corporate strategy
- Experience managing client-facing engagements or workstreams
- A network in Columbus/Ohio or the ability to build one
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in business development
- Track record of delivering results for clients
