Provide essential maintenance support for brood equipment at the Belgravia Complex, focusing on inspection, analysis, repair, and installation of various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, analyze, and repair brood equipment including boilers, feed systems, and lighting systems
- Install, connect, and adjust electrical and pneumatic brood equipment
- Perform plumbing tasks
- Utilize electrical test instruments such as multi-meters, voltage testers, amp meters, and temperature sensors
- Operate common brood maintenance tools including trenching tools, drill motors, sawzalls, and boiler efficiency testers
- Maintain various brood systems: natural gas and diesel-fired boilers, LP gas vaporizers, fogger, well and water systems, lighting, feed, injectors/medication systems, and pneumatic temperature controls
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics for maintenance, repairs, or equipment installation
