The Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician at CenterWell Pharmacy accurately fills and counts medications, performs varied administrative tasks, and ensures adequate inventory levels. This role focuses on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Accurately fill and count medications
- Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments
- Perform computations
- Ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory supply team
- Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures
- Bend, twist and reach frequently
- Lift 35lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in Arizona
- Actively certified by PTCB or ExCPT
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work on-site full-time at the CenterWell dispensing center in Phoenix
- Ability to walk and stand during an entire work shift
- Ability to lift 35lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently
- Possess hand strength to grasp and twist items continuously
- Ability to reach above the waist and shoulders frequently
- Bend, twist and reach frequently
- Comfortable working at heights of 20ft
Qualifications
- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or any factory/warehouse setting experience

- Experience in pharmacy dispensing

- Moderate working knowledge of Excel
