About This Role

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models for the real estate industry. This role focuses on creating complex data pipelines, supporting scalable model prototypes, and integrating ML solutions into production, ensuring their robustness, accuracy, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex machine learning models that address real-world problems in the real estate sector
• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to support production machine learning systems
• Implement and operationalize machine learning algorithms into production environments, ensuring reliability and performance
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production data pipelines and models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and pipelines, adopting best practices and new technologies
• Document processes, models, and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering to incorporate cutting-edge techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment
• Extensive knowledge of various modeling techniques and machine learning frameworks
• Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, including standardization, normalization, clustering, modeling, scoring, and validation
• Proficiency in relational databases and experience with data design principles across multiple storage systems
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with distributed systems configuration, maintenance, and production deployment
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools, with ability to interface effectively with data teams
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
• Ability to parse and manipulate diverse datasets and formats efficiently
• Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and data teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
