Luxury Valet Parking Attendant

About This Role

Ensure the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles, delivering excellent service and responding quickly to customer requests in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and coordinate end-to-end valet process including retrieving keys, parking, and retrieving vehicles
• Foster customer success by building rapport, addressing inquiries, and providing directions
• Act as a courteous company brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening doors, and unloading vehicles
• Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures, including directing traffic, inspecting for damage, and reporting incidents
• Pioneer financial operations by requesting, collecting fees, and reconciling end-of-shift revenue
• Inspect vehicles for preexisting damage and record accurate information
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and giving directions
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR)
