Luxury Aesthetic Sales Consultant

About This Role

This role involves conducting personalized consultations, building patient relationships, and driving revenue by selling high-value aesthetic treatment plans such as laser, body contouring, and injectables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one in-person consultations to understand patient goals and design customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on LaserAway’s full suite of aesthetic services
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by building trust and guiding patients through their aesthetic journey
• Recommend complementary treatments and financing options to enhance outcomes and accessibility
• Manage the front desk experience including scheduling, check-in/out, and maintaining clinic atmosphere
• Partner with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, fitness, or lifestyle sales
• Proven success with high-ticket consultative sales and relationship building
• Confident, polished, and professional in patient-facing environments
• Comfortable working weekends and evenings
