This role supports safe and effective cafeteria and recess operations within the Lansing School District by building relationships with students, carrying out lunch procedures, and assisting school staff.
Responsibilities
- Wipe and clean tables between meal services
- Assist students with food trays
- Provide punctual, reliable, and respectful service to assigned school
- Occasionally supervise students independent of other school administrators
- Interact with students from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual tasks and follow instructions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with students in a school setting
