Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro area. The role focuses on delivering quality nursing and clinical care to maintain and improve the physical and mental well-being of elders.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental well-being
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications timely and according to facility procedures
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians
- Review and update resident care plans as conditions or plans change, completing admission care plans promptly
- Ensure preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all residents by following skin care policies.
Requirements
- Active RN/LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state)
- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
- Focus on resident care and team player attitude
