Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes

• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Passion for patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required - training provided
