Supervise logistics operations to ensure safe, on-budget, and on-schedule task completion. Interpret technical requirements, represent the group to stakeholders, and develop team capabilities to support clean energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Supervise group performance to complete tasks safely within budget and on-schedule
- Provide interpretation of technical requirements to ensure logistics support meets business demands
- Represent group to internal and external customers regarding logistics functions
- Approve time entry and expense reports
- Establish group training requirements and ensure group qualifications to perform work
- Function as a specialist by developing and applying advanced concepts to specific problems
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Expert knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes, including inventory management, warehousing, packaging, handling and transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
