Logistics Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise logistics operations to ensure safe, on-budget, and on-schedule task completion. Interpret technical requirements, represent the group to stakeholders, and develop team capabilities to support clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise group performance to complete tasks safely within budget and on-schedule
• Provide interpretation of technical requirements to ensure logistics support meets business demands
• Represent group to internal and external customers regarding logistics functions
• Approve time entry and expense reports
• Establish group training requirements and ensure group qualifications to perform work
• Function as a specialist by developing and applying advanced concepts to specific problems

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience
• Expert knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes, including inventory management, warehousing, packaging, handling and transportation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills
• Leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
