This full-time Locksmith/Access Control Technician role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and access control systems. The technician will also perform inspections, troubleshooting, and address maintenance issues on-site in Stockbridge, GA.
Responsibilities
- Install locks, access control systems, and related hardware
- Repair locks, access control systems, and related hardware
- Maintain locks, access control systems, and related hardware
- Perform locksmith duties
- Conduct inspections
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Address maintenance issues
- Engage in millwork tasks to meet project requirements
- Engage in welding tasks to meet project requirements
- Ensure functionality and security for clients
Requirements
- Strong skills and experience in Locksmithing
- Strong skills and experience in Access Control systems
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Proactive troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform high-quality, precise work while adhering to safety protocols
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and tools when needed
Nice to Have
- Understanding or hands-on practice in Welding
- Understanding or hands-on practice in Millwork
- Relevant certifications
- Valid driver’s license
