About This Role

This role is for a local contract Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse in Oklahoma City, responsible for treating children and adolescents with high-acuity or life-threatening conditions. The nurse will prioritize and monitor patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Treat children and adolescents up to age 18 with high-acuity or life-threatening conditions
  • Prioritize and monitor patients with high-acuity conditions
  • Work with doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other professionals to implement a plan of care

Requirements

  • Experience in technologically-advanced intensive care units
