Join our Mental Health Department as a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Marriage & Family Counseling, and Play Therapy
- Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists for integrated care
- Engage in regular supervision and clinical training to support professional growth
Requirements
- Current NYS license as LMSW or LMHC
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
