LMSW & LMHC Clinicians (Spanish Speaking)

About This Role

Join our Mental Health Department as a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Marriage & Family Counseling, and Play Therapy
• Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists for integrated care
• Engage in regular supervision and clinical training to support professional growth

Requirements

• Current NYS license as LMSW or LMHC
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
