Live In CNA

About This Role

Provide outstanding compassionate care as a Live-In Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to clients in their homes, focusing on companionship, personal care, household support, and transportation. This role requires physically fit and experienced CNAs to support clients' dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients
• Assist clients with exercise and Range of Motion (ROM) exercises
• Perform household support duties, including laundry
• Prepare fresh, tasty nutritious home-cooked meals daily, following client care plans for diet restrictions
• Provide medication and appointment reminders
• Transport clients to outings, errands, and appointments using personal vehicle
• Assist clients with grooming and bathing
• Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care
• Engage with clients in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful moments
• Competently document shift activities digitally using a smartphone
• Report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements

• Licensed CNA in good standing
• Reside in the New England area (Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, or Maine)
• Exude professionalism and confidence
• Physically fit and able to be on feet 12-15 hours per day, lifting, and going up and down stairs
• Own a smartphone for digital documentation
• Reliable insured auto for transportation to assignments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with 7-day live-in clients
