This role involves managing data processing, databases, and legal technology platforms for litigation and investigations in a prestigious law firm, working closely with attorneys and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee data processing, extraction, conversion, and metadata management for legal matters
- Manage litigation databases, create fields, layouts, OCR sets, and apply Bates Stamping
- Work with Relativity or similar platforms to create/edit fields, run searches, generate reports, and facilitate document review workflows
- Support attorneys and legal teams in all phases of litigation, from preservation and legal holds to collections, review, and production
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Support Specialist, Analyst, or Case Manager
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong expertise in data processing, management, and importing/exporting to legal databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Legal/Technical field preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Support Specialist, Analyst, or Case Manager in a law firm, corporation, or legal consulting firm
Nice to Have
- Relativity experience preferred
- Relativity certifications
