Licensed Massage Therapist

About This Role

Provide high-quality massage services and other spa treatments to guests at Dollywood's DreamMore Resort & Spa, ensuring unique and memorable experiences. Maintain treatment room supplies and assist with the cleanliness and tidiness of spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage and other services as skills and license permit, using specified draping techniques and treatment protocols
• Perform all massage techniques within the spa scope of practice within the first 30 days of employment
• Use proactive sales techniques, recommending and demonstrating retail product for each guest
• Recognize guests and peers in a genuinely warm and friendly manner
• Arrive to work on time and groomed to the required standard
• Consistently begin and end services on time
• Maintain treatment room supplies, requesting inventory as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of front-of-house and back-of-house areas, assisting in cleaning and linen distribution
• Attend and participate in mandatory department trainings and meetings
• Achieve high-level of proficiency with Book4time booking software and assist with trainings and administrative maintenance

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
• High level of proficiency in massage therapy
• Current Tennessee Massage Therapy License Required, Active and in Good Status
• Successfully complete a post-employment offer background check and drug test

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in additional modalities such as East Asian therapies, prenatal and oncology therapies
