This full-time, hybrid position involves providing evidence-based psychological treatment, including intake assessments, interventions, and client record maintenance for adults dealing with anxiety and related disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based psychological treatments such as CBT, ACT, and ERP
- Exceptional assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning abilities tailored to anxiety disorders and related conditions
- Excellent communication, empathetic listening, and relationship-building skills with a trauma-informed perspective
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Commitment to continuing education and familiarity with current research in psychological science
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate and timely client documentation and adhering to clinical policies
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited program
Nice to Have
- Certification in EMDR
- Experience with kids
- Experience with couples
