About This Role

The Licensed Behavioral Analyst will work with the Kidsteps early intervention program to assess children and families, developing and implementing family-centered activities to promote positive developmental outcomes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess children and families to assist with planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP's
Complete and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations
Perform functions of service coordinator, ensuring Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes and meet state standards

Requirements

Valid behavior analyst license in the state of CT
Valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
Internet access
