Learning Management System Administrator

About This Role

Administer and maintain the company's Learning Management Systems (LMS) technology to deliver online training, troubleshoot issues, and support content generation and record maintenance. This role involves assisting with data migrations and working with IT and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Client’s LMS support model and system functionality
• Monitor support case queue and troubleshoot & resolve basic support issues
• Escalate support issues as necessary
• Assist LMS Administrator 3 with UAT business testing
• Utilize Agile/Veeva workflow in ongoing implementation tasks
• Provide training and support to users, such as instructors and learners, on how to effectively use the LMS and its features
• Ensure the product complies with all global legal and regulatory obligations
• Monitor, follow-up, and close out of LMS support incidents
• Run system reports
• Complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving LMS technical issues quickly
• Intermediate LMS Admin experience to assist with training assignments
• Basic customer service skills to support the ticketing system
• Intermediate experience with LMS navigation, issue troubleshooting, and intermediate support
• Experience in customer support or customer service utilizing a support ticketing system
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work well with a team and independently
• Interpersonal and analytical skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma/Secondary Education or equivalent; vocational training and/or on the-job training
• 1-2 years of related experience
