About This Role

This role is for an experienced education professional to work as an independent contractor, coaching adults through career clarity, mindset development, and personal growth. It offers flexibility and autonomy, leveraging communication and leadership skills in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful, one-to-one conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth
• Use communication and facilitation skills to support clarity, confidence, and forward momentum
• Build authentic relationships through values-led, ethical communication
• Operate within established systems, digital tools, and frameworks (training provided)
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring
• Manage time independently while collaborating within a supportive global community

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in education (primary, secondary, tertiary, ESL, training, or learning support)
• Confident communicators who enjoy guiding and developing others
• Values autonomy, flexibility, and continuous personal growth
• Comfortable working independently and managing own schedule
• Open to learning new systems and ways of working
• Legally able to operate as independent contractors in their country of residence (North America)

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in education (primary, secondary, tertiary, ESL, training, or learning support)
