This role involves leading the strategic design and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives within the People Development team, aiming to build leadership capability at all levels. The successful candidate will shape and facilitate solutions to develop a strong, diverse pipeline of future leaders. They will also serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, focusing on leadership development priorities and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives focused on leadership development and enterprise capability building.
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines by developing and managing mentoring, coaching, and targeted development experiences.
- Serve as a leadership development expert, identifying and integrating innovative trends, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Use data, assessments, and evaluation tools to measure program outcomes and demonstrate impact on organizational capability.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, shaping leadership development priorities and driving adoption of DTCC’s leadership model.
- Design and scale enterprise processes and programs that advance leadership development and talent management.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with business stakeholders to ensure leadership solutions are relevant and aligned with business goals.
- Coach and counsel people leaders to enhance their capabilities in developing talent, providing feedback, and managing performance.
- Provide organizational development consulting with a focus on future skills, workforce capability needs, and long-term talent strategies.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform continuous improvement and ensure DTCC remains a leader in developing world-class talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of leadership development theories, models, and standard methodologies
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, experiential learning, and learning needs analyses
- Experience designing and implementing targeted talent and leadership strategies
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic internal consultant
- Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated strength in project management
- Highly proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, learning & development, or related fields.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree
- CPTD, APTD, or similar professional certification
- Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, SDI, 360 tools, EQ)
