Lead Scheduler - Home Care

Lead the scheduling team for home health care services, ensuring efficient coordination and contributing to the organization's financial health. This role supports caregivers and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective coordination of home health care services
• Oversee the scheduling team across both the Twin Cities and Southwest offices
• Serve as the scheduler in charge and support key administrative functions
• Assist with payroll operations when needed
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience
• Home Care experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Auto insurance

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
• Minimum of one year of scheduling, healthcare coordination or office management experience required

Nice to Have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field
• Previous CNA experience
