About This Role

Lead the Client Services Team in providing top-tier property management services, ensuring a world-class experience for property owners and resolving complex client concerns. Drive growth, manage financial oversight, and ensure legal compliance for properties under management.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the Client Services Team to ensure world-class property owner experience
• Uphold elite standards in every interaction to provide a seamless journey for clients
• Serve as the definitive point of escalation, resolving high-level client concerns
• Perform comprehensive audits of owner statements, rental income, and arrears
• Align with client objectives to secure long-term partnerships and unlock new portfolio opportunities
• Direct the eviction process, manage legal documentation, and handle rental licensing
• Partner closely with Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting teams to streamline operations
• Facilitate a smooth transition for new partners through a dedicated 90-day onboarding strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years in management or supervisory role within Property Management
• Thorough command of property operations (leasing, maintenance, rent collection)
• Strong grasp of building systems, maintenance budgeting
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant statutes (including CRLTO/CCRLTO)
• Valid and active Illinois Broker's license

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years in a management or supervisory role within the Property Management sector.
