As a Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Memory Care Assisted Living Community, responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support. This role ensures the front desk operates smoothly and supports the Business Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Liaise between families and department managers
- Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager
